SMS & MMS communications
This policy explains how RegionSide handles information related to text messaging. It applies to SMS and MMS communications you choose to receive from us.
Information we collect and use
When you opt in to text messages, we may collect your name, mobile phone number, the content of your messages, and records of your consent and messaging preferences. We use this information to respond to you, provide the communications you requested, and manage your messaging preferences.
Your consent and message types
We send text messages only after you have opted in to the applicable messaging program. The consent request describes the types of messages you are agreeing to receive. Providing your phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive marketing text messages.
Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Any marketing text messages require the appropriate separate consent.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.
Mobile information and SMS consent
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or other mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own purposes. We may provide information to service providers that assist us solely in operating and delivering our messaging service, such as CloudTalk and telecommunications providers.
Any provisions elsewhere in our policies concerning sharing information for advertising or marketing do not apply to mobile information or SMS opt-in data and consent.
Opt out and manage your preferences
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. After that, you will receive no further messages from that program unless you opt in again.

Updates to this policy
We may update this policy when our messaging practices change. Any revised version will be posted on this page. Changes to this policy do not, by themselves, enroll you in a new messaging program or expand your consent.
