RegionSide text messaging
These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to the SMS and MMS messaging program operated by RegionSide. By opting in, you agree to these messaging terms.
Program description
When you separately opt in, RegionSide may send text messages responding to your inquiries, coordinating appointments, and providing requested updates about your property-related services. This consent does not enroll you in promotional or marketing texts.
Optional consent
You may opt in by entering your mobile number and selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox on our contact form. The checkbox is not preselected. You can submit an inquiry without consenting to text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Only provide a mobile number you own or are authorized to use. If your number changes, contact us to update your messaging preferences.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your inquiries and services. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for information about your plan and charges.
Cancel or get help
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You may receive one confirmation message; no further messages will be sent from that program unless you opt in again.
Reply HELP for help, email support@regionside.com, or call (888) 828-0388. To rejoin after opting out, contact us for instructions and provide fresh consent.
Delivery and carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your wireless provider, network availability, and device compatibility and is not guaranteed.
Your privacy
Our SMS & MMS Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile information and messaging consent. Mobile information and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes to these terms
Revised terms will be posted here with an updated effective date. A terms update does not itself expand your consent or enroll you in a different messaging program.
